At Analytic Wellness Center, our mission is to empower children with autism and related developmental disorders by delivering compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a nurturing environment. Guided by a holistic philosophy, we address the unique needs of each child integrating behavioral science with emotional wellness, family support, and community engagement to promote meaningful growth and lasting independence. We are dedicated to fostering a safe space where every child can thrive, every voice is valued, and every achievement is celebrated.
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a specialized professional who develops and oversees individualized behavioral treatment plans for children with autism and related disorders. Their day-to-day work includes conducting behavioral assessments, designing evidence-based interventions, and supervising therapy sessions carried out by registered technicians. BCBAs monitor progress through data analysis, adjust plans to ensure effectiveness, and collaborate with families and other providers to promote consistency across environments. They also provide training to caregivers and staff, while maintaining strict ethical standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
A Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) works under the supervision of a BCBA to implement behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and related disorders. Their responsibilities include conducting assessments, collecting and analyzing behavioral data, supervising behavior technicians, and helping design treatment strategies based on ABA principles. BCaBAs also provide caregiver training, monitor progress toward goals, and ensure ethical and effective service delivery. While they cannot practice independently, they play a vital role in maintaining consistency and quality across therapy sessions.
A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a paraprofessional who works directly with individuals often children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Their daily responsibilities include delivering behavior intervention plans, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills, and using reinforcement strategies to reduce challenging behaviors. RBTs collect and record data during sessions to track progress, communicate regularly with supervisors and families, and help ensure consistency across environments. They play a vital role in promoting skill development and behavioral improvement while maintaining ethical standards and client confidentiality
